The term tandoor describes a south-west Asian oven that doesn’t require gas or electricity and runs on a natural source of heat - ‘charcoal’. The cylindrical shaped and drum sized oven can easily be in seen in southwestern regions of Asia and getting much popularity in European and Western countries.
